Dr Thames is terrific. The nurses and lab technicians are also good. However, since Memorial replaced Merit, the front office staff is discourteous, disorganized, and unprofessional from their appearance (messy hair and wrinkled clothing) to the condescending disregard they have for their patients concerns and time. Over the past 2 years, my care has gone from excellent to mismanaged appointments, an inability to reach people and constant routing to the scheduling number to leave messages, and overall lackluster service. But they are quick to make sure that copay is covered and their liability waivers are signed. Wish it was Merit again.
