The nurse named Shannon is rude, does not relay messages to the doctor to get important prescriptions such as insulin fixed, and a smart elic on the phone. She does not treat patients well which is not good for a medical facility. Insulin is very important and not something to have to go weeks without because a nurse will not get the doctor to wither call back or get the prescription fixed by the doctor and faxed off. Dr. Gipson is a good and thorough doctor but he needs a new nurse as his helper before he loses some of his patients.
