Worst experience EVER....and that's saying a lot.
If I could, I would rate this 0 stars. I had one visit, and that one visit was so bad I will not be going back. The front desk staff takes your picture on their personal cell phone without letting you know they're doing it or telling you why. The lab staff watches you while you pee in a cup, and the sink in the bathroom doesn't work so you can't wash your hands. The nurse talks about you, but not with/to you, before going to get the dr, who then in a matter of less than 5 minutes in the same room as you, increases your medication x10 because the EFFECTIVE dose you're on 'isn't high enough for a person your size'.They 'recommend' the most expensive treatment options first, which is especially insane when you look at what those treatment options are and realize they're not for what you're experiencing in the first place, but then label you as 'noncompliant' when you say you want to try less expensive options first.Don't walk away from this place, run away as fast as you can.

As of today, a former patient!
This facility is a TRAIN WRECK. Arrived for a scheduled appointment 20 minutes ahead of time, as requested, and completed the on-line intake form to update their system a day prior, also as requested. Because of 'an unusual uptick in walk-in patients', I was told my SCHEDULED appointment time would be delayed by 'at least 2-2.5 hours'. I already took a half of day off of work to make the SCHEDULED appointment time. Many of us do not have the 'luxury' of time. They prioritize walk-ins over appointments, because volume = insurance money and more money for them. Building is slick and sleek, flanked by the founding Psychiatrists' his and hers luxury cars, endless poster-sized 'lifestyle' photos flaunting their wealth and arrogance, paid for advertising - this facility is more concerned with appearances than providing quality care. This place serves as a money-maker that is NOT patient centric with any continuity of care AT ALL. Don't walk away, RUN!!!

Not great for care outside of a crisis
Eustasis is great for start of care or if you’re in a crisis but beyond that they fall short. I have never seen a provider at my actual appointment time and consistently have to wait up to an hour or longer to get in. I would be okay with the wait times if it meant that I could see the same provider every time I came though. There are a couple of providers that I was able to get a long really well with and it sucks that it’s always a tossup between them and someone who I’ve never met or someone I haven’t had great experiences with. Eustasis could be a great place to seek psychiatric care but long wait times coupled with inconsistent providers make it impossible.

Terrible Organization
1) You do not see the same provider each time, so there is no continuity of care, 2) Walk-ins cause scheduled pts to sit for hours past their appt time, 3) EVERYONE is treated like a drug addict, so you’ll be required to do a drug test at almost every visit even if you have no drug hx & all of the tests are clean, 4) The providers do not control the scheduling. Your scheduling is determined by the lady greeting you at the window, 5) Pt safety is not a concern, 6) Most of the providers are new graduate Nurse Practitioners, so you aren’t getting care from experienced providers, 7) There is a lack of management structure. If you have a problem with scheduling, long wait times, continuity of care, a safety concern, etc., there is nobody to address the concern other than the staff creating the problem. Everyone reports to the owners, Dr. Jain and his wife Breanna. If you ask to talk to one of them about a problem, they fire you from the practice without talking to you, the patient.

One reviewer said that the negative ratings were not real patients … OH YES THEY ARE!!!!! I’m as real as real can get! Their response to my review was that they have a clinic in Rogersville … BIG DEAL! That’s even further away from me. The problem is with never getting a human and the one therapist appointment I had … the therapist was unable to get the equipment to work. I do say that it wasn’t her fault but still. This is the most incompetent organization ever. Bar none. I don’t care for Burrell but anyone wd be better than this place. DON’T GO HERE!!!

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 2-3 hours when you have an appointment not just a walk-in. This has happened to us a handful of times we are done. This place needs shut down. You will never see the same provider twice so plan to spend your 5 minutes with your provider you actually see them telling the same story each time

PAINFUL! I'm ADD - can't keep my stuff straight. My employer changed medical coverage mid-year - so, first appointment rejected for not having my medical insurance or the cash to pay up front with me. I had taken the 30 minutes to fill out my intake, online. It didn't show - take another 30 minutes to go over it with a nurse. I gave them the wrong place to send my prescription. Advertised phone goes to corporate voice-mail. After 5 business days - remember that hours of operation aren't posted? - I eventually took off work early, to show midday, that I may get my meds sent to the correct place. BILLING: The day before my follow-up, I received mail stating my insurance applied the visit toward deductible - I owe $200. Add it to my list, right? WRONG! 18 hours after billed by mail, appointment rejected until paid. If you wish a fast visit, with staff smiling while corporate makes a money grab - this place is spot on.

I only went to one appointment here at eustasis. The appointment went ok but not great. My problem was that the billing dept had me pay and it took me 3 calls to them to find out that my insurance actually did cover the appointment and it was just way too difficult to get my money back from them. Like ridiculous. And I had to wait for over an hour at one of their offices to even get it. I was not happy to say the least. Secondly, I had called the office on 3 different occasions to get needed information for my attorney about the one appointment that I did go too. I left two very polite voicemails letting them know exactly what info I needed. I never received a single call back from them. It literally would have taken about 10 seconds. I think that was just very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I don’t know even where to start. I WAS most definitely a patient at Eustasis. I didn’t exactly like how I never saw the same doctor, but I have it a chance anyway. Surprise charges aside (I’ve already talked to billing Eustasis, thanks), this place sent me into a tailspin. I fought with them for a MONTH trying to get Fmla paperwork sent in, I paid for it OUT OF POCKET, and worked with a wonderful employee there who quit (not surprising). I reached out to Miranda Moore through voicemails, pleading for paperwork to be sent in, with zero response except for how they wanted my money. I lost a job promotion over their incompetence. I will NEVER suggest eustasis or their providers to anyone. What a scam.

The entire experience with business was horrible. It started as a feeling of being over charged and being misled. From the beginning it felt like they were only interested in the money aspect of my health. It took me two months to realize that they only cared about my checkbook. I stood in line one day to see a person turned away in tears because the person could not pay the amount they requested. Do they care, I say NO. The first month was spent in fifteen minute meetings and the billing department billing an entire hour. It was only when I made it through the first month that I was referred to an actual person that could help me. Two months later I found out they were out of network even after calling them and being assured that I was in network. Of the time I spent with these guys I did not feel as though any kind of progress and help was given to me even after paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The first month was a bunch of pill pushing non caring people. The second
