Avoid Midwest ENT!!
This organization is very cavalier about patient care. When I arrived for my last appointment I was told that I had cancelled the appointment! I had not. Later the office administrator contacted me and admitted that a staff employee had 'hit the wrong button' to cancel my properly scheduled appointment. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life with a healthcare provider. If they cannot be relied upon to properly safeguard a patient's appointments why should one rely upon them for their health care needs. The flippant attitude of the office administrator when she justified the customer breakdown was: 'people make mistakes'. Well Ms. Office Administrator I don't want you making 'mistakes' with my health care!!
