DR Makin Ahmed M D and his staff are very professional. I all the way came from Osage beach for my kid's ear infection he was treated with ointments within 2 days I was able to see good progress and recovery. Thank you once again, I would definitely recommend.

Some of the staff is very rude. The doctor was fine at first, but became very rude to me when she called me about an insurance issue that was out of my control at the time. After that phone call, at my infant’s next appointment we saw a male doctor that I had never met; I was never told I’d be getting a new doctor. He repeatedly referred to my daughter as “he.” I specifically wanted a female doctor for my daughter. When I called to get my daughter’s vaccine records faxed to her new pediatrician, the nurse never sent them. I called again a month later and the nurse who answered was extremely rude and hung up abruptly after saying “I’ll send them.” Parents want to be reassured and treated kindly when they’re bringing their children to a medical provider, and this is not what you get at Sunshine Pediatrics.
