Poor billing practices

My daughter visited this office in November 2022, and I didn't receive the first bill until February 2023, which was paid promptly. I continue to receive bills from their billing contractor because, I suspect, that the Dr. office received payment (as it shows cleared in my account) but never notified their billing provider. Extremely poor business practice to accept payment and keep sending bills for an amount due, which can ultimately result in such amounts being sent to collections.
