Poorly run office that will cost you time & money
The actual care here is adequate, but I had so many problems with the office staff when addressing billing concerns. When I went to my last appointment, I was told I had an outstanding balance even though I had never received a bill. I suggested canceling the injection I had scheduled to avoid another costly bill, but the office staff assured me it was likely a mistake and that I should proceed with my appointment. It was a mistake to trust them because I ended up with TWO incredibly high bills. Apparently, my deductible had changed and they had not notified me that my portion of the payment would be so significant. Then, to make matters worse, they outsource billing questions to another company so I was stuck between their office and that department. It took months to understand and eventually resolve the problem with the first bill, which was a mistake on their end (they hadn't sent the proper documentation so my health insurance company wasn't covering the service.) Once that issue

Save Your Time, Go Elsewhere
Had an appointment at their St. Peters location. Received a call an hour before the procedure stating it moved to South County. I needed a ride after the procedure due to sedation. I could not make the change on that short of notice. They then offered me another appointment a month out after the first of the year. I am in pain and already waited to see them. Save your time and go elsewhere. If they cannot get a schedule correct, do you really want them putting needles in your spine/joints?
