Front desk staff has had major change since prior reviews. It is noticeable. -A very good change.

The receptionists are awful and very rude every time I've spoken with anyone, if you can even get through. We had a telehealth appointment and waited on hold over 30 minutes to check in after being told to check in 15 minutes before. We missed our appointment and were told by the receptionist she would send a note to the doctor and see what's going on and would call us back immediately. After 30 minutes of no return call, now an hour after my son's appointment which he was taken out of school for, a second receptionist stated it was our fault and Jennifer Brown added a note to my son's account that we were being discharged and needed to seek care elsewhere for noncompliance with appointments because we didn't check in on time, and that we should know we need to call in 30 minutes ahead because that's what they usually tell their patients! Their wait times were the reason, not because we didn't call in on time. Absolutely shameful.
