Premier Dental Partners Chesterfield (Specialty Services)

I had the deep cleaning in the years past at another location and it was very, very painful with bleeding so I was extremely hesitant about a deep cleaning. The professional staff at this location are amazing- well trained, excellent skills and will always go back. The little girl in the back who I could not see from the front desk left was very very unprofessional. I had over 35 requests to confirm for my appointment and responded to each one. I do know they probably experience a lot of no shows. I arrived early, checked in, and then nothing. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the young lady at the front why I had > 35 reminders that I indeed responded to and she noted it is computer generated. Some lady behind the counter but not visible to the waiting room yelled at me ' You're here aren't you?' After I got in the exam room the two little girls at the front desk were talking about me. What? Really?Why? What was the rationale for that? Disrespect b/c your hidden from view?
