If I could give zero stars I would
Procedure performed before sedation took effect causing trama and unnecessary pain. We were told by these people minimum guidelines were meet. If they were then guidelines are ridiculously low, and this provider has very little regard for a patients comfort or concerns. The provider knew and was told by staff and the patient but ignored them. I don't care what the guidelines were or are, performing a procedures on patients who are not adequately sedated or anesthetized is inhuman, and uncaring.
