impossible to reach
my first visit was fine. HOWEVER--I needed to change the time of my second visit. I tried so many times to reach someone and literally spent over 20 minutes on hold EACH TIME I called. I grew to hate the wait music. I finally just gave up and missed the appointment. I can't think of a time when I have ever experienced this with a health provider.
