Rudest provider I've ever encountered. I accompanied my son to an appointment as he hadn't been feeling well for over three weeks. When she entered the room there was not any acknowledgement of me. She seemed irritated that we were there. She spoke to him as though he was a child although he is 28yrs old. Without hearing his concerns she stated his issues were for his PCP. When is was able to express his concerns, she appeared to minimize what he was saying. Finally I had to interject, only then did she decide to order lab work. I did ask to speak to her superior. She left the room, came back 15 minutes later and only addressed my son. I asked her about my request to speak with her superior, once again she ignored me and spoke only to my son. She told my son her superior was with other patient's. I then asked her how was her superior going to address my concerns. She stormed out of the room and led us to check out. Once again I asked about her superior. Out of Space. Just RUDE!!!
