I went in for my 6 month hearing aid check-up, from the Reception to the caring service I received from Dr. Grady, they always go above and beyond.

I have been a patient of Dr. Terry for about 7ys. now, and my new Genesis 11 AI hearing aids are my 2nd experience with improving my hearing. In the beginning I was very subconscious that people would know I wore hearing aids. I was intimidated and embarrassed, but I have transitioned to being a verbal advocate for both PHS and the benefits of hearing aids in my age group. It's an emotional decision when you admit that you can't hear like others. PHS is professional, personable and extremely accommodating. Their knowledge is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. The lab, testing equipment is state of the art and you just know, you're in the right place. Dr. Terry is always current with technology and understands a person's individual needs. They even came to my house to set-up streaming from my TV soundbar. My newest Starkey aids are a game changer, as not only do they automatically adjust to your surroundings, no longer do I worry about batteries. The list goes on and on.

Staff were very friendly (nice to have staff with good personalities) Don't see that much anymore. Got right in and within 10-15 minutes I was on my way.
