1.5 hrs wait is unacceptable when serving elderly

Others ahead of us were also waiting more than an hour and 15 min. This was the second appointment for my Dad. We had to reschedule the first appointment after showing up on time for that, since they scheduled the wrong doctor for the service needed. The receptionist then lied when she said she left a message the day befoee to reschedule--my Dad did not even have voice mail set up.
