Wait in office

I had a 9am appointment, at 9:30 I asked what was going on and is the doctor here, did not receive an answer. At 9:50a I was called into a room. The wait is horrible. There is no reason a person should wait close to an hour for an appointment.

Unprofessional business practices

Waited 1.5 hours for eye exam and glasses selection. Appointment took 30 minutes.Received and paid for glasses and was notified a week later that they “forgot” some charges and I owed another $235.
