For the most part I always felt Dr. Pay was amazing. But really not worth the stress this office staff will give u and I no longer feel comfortable referring anyone to this office.I had a missed miscarriage and Dr. Pay prescribed me medication. When I went to the pharmacy they informed me it was never sent over. When I called the office, Natalie said it could be 72 hours until I get a response. I had to call the office 3 different times until my medication was sent over.Then Dr. Smith was the Doctor on call that weekend. When I called and informed her of the instructions Dr. Pay gave me and told her I was feverish, my vision went blurry, and was having a hard time breathing she claimed I must have Covid and refused any treatment if I were to go to the hospital. I reiterated that it was not Covid and something wasn’t right. Again she refused to see me in the hospital. I ended up at Beaumont that night. I in fact DID NOT have Covid. I was starting to go into sepsis.

Horrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and uncaring. Mispronounced my daughters name when calling her from the waiting room, when she corrected the lady, the lady said "same thing". Just all around rude including the office manager. I sent my young adult daughter there because I was a patient for years and never had any issues. I had to apologize to my daughter for sending her there and will now have to find a new specialist for her to go to. The doctor was rude and made my daughter feel silly for even being there, although she was told to see an OB. Completely disappointed in an office I used to love.
