Still waiting for an appointment for over a year

I can't even get in to see them, my primary care physician det me up to go here for possible sinus surgery, over a year ago! I still haven't heard from them at all. My scheduler has tried repeatedly to set up an appointment but they keep saying they're so busy. Yet I see they're still taking new patients. I worry about the care I will get if I ever do get un to see them
