They are great with the physical therapy aspect of their business, but they scheduled appointments without our knowledge. (I think this may be an automatic thing in their computer/scheduling system). It's very frustrating to receive a phone call saying we missed an appointment. Today we found a message on our answering machine to remind us my husband has an appointment tomorrow. The problem is, he hasn't had an appointment in several months, and to our knowledge, no future appointments were scheduled - especially one several months out.
