Customer care leaves a lot to be desired

I am severely mobility impaired. It is a struggle to get in and out of their office, which lacks sufficient handicapped parking and has terrible access. Although I have followed all of their 'rules' for notifying them I'm going to miss, I got a poopy-gram from the practice manager threatening to bounce me if I didn't shape up. A phone call asking me why I was missing would have been a lot more effective and I wouldn't be writing this 1-star review.
