I have been a patient here since 2023. I have no complaints about my medical care. Dr. Kitzmiller and the other medical providers have been clinically astute and kind. Unfortunately this clinic incorrectly submitted billing to my insurance for years. They didn’t include provider names and other required information for billing. They never sent me a bill & I never received an EOB from health insurance. My health insurance company has been transparent with me about the incorrect billing and I have repeatedly requested itemized billing statements. They have repeatedlly stated that they do not provide itemized billing statements. I repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeated told that their billing company will not speak with patients. Today, I received notification from the clinic manager that I owe about 3,500 dollars and must pay it in order to schedule an appointment. I have never received a bill from this clinic. This woman is a joke. Reading her self composed bio on their website, you’d think she’s caring. FAR FROM IT. Her husband overprescribed a med and I had 2 blackouts and was quite injured as a result. All she cared about was me being in the office. I was kept from driving during testing and she told me to call her w results. She never returned my many calls. Her husband refused to see me to discuss this issue. I sent pictures of my injuries as proof. I suffered broken bones and lacerations as a result of taking the med ad it was prescribed (every doctor I’ve discussed this with agrees the dosage was too frequent and too much). Most of the staff is rude and condescending. Steer clear for your own good!
