Partners In Family Health, PLC

I absolutely would not recommend Partners in Family Health! I have called in twice this year (once for me and today I called for my husband) and have been told they “don’t treat sick people in their office”. My husband has a sore throat and we just wanted it looked at. I was told repeatedly that he would have to go to urgent care or a walk-in clinic. I asked if they knew of any other doctors that would treat sick patients and they wouldn’t give me an answer. They call themselves partners in family health but only want to see you if you’re healthy. This is absolutely unacceptable for a PCP.

I started and continued to go here 3 years ago solely on how awesome Caitlin Greene was. Ever since she left there has been a lack of care. I made an appointment for a medical concern last month. They scheduled it as a wellness appointment fully aware what I wanted addressed at the appointment. Then they ended up changing it to an extended office visit so I ended up having to pay for it. Because of this medical concern they ordered an "urgent CT scan." I had my results the next morning but the office waited 4 days to go over the results with me.
