They are extremely thorough. I spent time with a variety of techs as well as Dr Phelps, optometrist, and Dr Verdier, opthalmologist. They don't leave you sitting around waiting. They were all willing to answer my questions about what tests they were doing and why with the ultimate goal of diagnosis and treatment plan. Busy, focused, directed people who obviously care about each other.

Saw Dr Siebert for cataracts. After several visits and 2 surgeries, I am very happy with the entire process. From scheduling to billing and everything in between the entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Answered all of my questions in easily understood terms. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Everyone is always friendly from the receptionists to Dr Fox. Explanations given as we go along. Dr Fox never seems rushed, always takes the time to answer questions.

Dr. Verdier is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and caring. He is truly an expert in his field and when he is not with patients is often teaching others or presenting at conferences. It is evident that he is passionate about his vocation and his patients. He explains things with simple clarity and is a great listener. His staff are all excellent too. I just had both eyes done (early cataract surgery) and could not be happier. My vision hasn't been this great since I was in elementary school. When I knew I needed the surgery, there was no question to who I would go to. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Each individual, from the front desk to the technicians, to the doctors were highly professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. They answered questions, explained the tests they were performing and offer reassurance throughout each step of the evaluation. Never felt rushed and definitely felt heard.
