Every single time I had an appointment, I never got in to see the Dr. until 2 hours after my scheduled time. If my appt was 9am I would not see the doc until 11am. The waiting room smelled so terrible that I would have trouble breathing and it would cause an asthma attack. I had to wait outside even in the winter.

They schedule everyone for the same time. So if you have a 10:30 appointment, so does everyone else in their packed waiting room. Be prepared to wait over an hour. The doctors literally run from one patient to the next, rush you in, give you a shot, and rush you out. Questions are blown off. They're there to collect that insurance check, nothing more. The 'help' is rarely any help and extremely rude. Prescriptions don't get called in and they treat you like it's your fault, and make you drive into the office and pick it up and deliver it to the pharmacy as punishment for bringing up their incompetence. If they forget to write down your appointment in their book, and you show up on the time they wrote on the appointment card, nope, no appointment for you today, and it's your fault. If you can find an alternative to these clowns, do it.

We took my 87 year old mother on referral, to get results from an MRI. She has dementia, and uses a walker. She had a 10 am appointment and we were on time. They made her wait more than an hour and a half to see Dr. Sbei. My mother said she was unimpressed with him, and will not see him again.
