The worst medical experience I’ve had outside of an ER. I’ve been treated dismissively, and provided inaccurate information. They provided no feedback on tests and procedures they requested until I made an appointment - they did not take the initiative to let me know the test results were in. Even when I scheduled the appointment, they were not certain if the test results were on record or not. They do not provide all of the information necessary to prepare for an appointment. Twice, they failed to inform me of a required payment that must be made before the procedure can take place. Hundreds of dollars sprung on me in a moment, requiring me to cancel and reschedule the appointment because they did not inform me - even when asked “is there anything i need to properly prepare for this appointment?” - that I would have to pay for the visit ahead of time and out of pocket. This is a poorly run facility with terrible communication and worse patient practices.

I've been going here for about 6 years - I haven't had any problems with the staff or front desk, they've always been prompt and helpful

Office manager is horrible to employees, they overbook appts, front desk not helpful about insurance.
