Henry Ford Behavioral Health - Seville

If I could give zero stars I would. I was working with a resident Dr. and had no issues. A new resident came in and there has been nothing but issues. Even worse the front desk staff is very rude and condescending towards their patients. As a social worker who works in the mental health field my right to dignity and respect was absolutely violate by the front desk staff Carly and Regal. I was told if I did not like the treatment, I was receiving I should go somewhere else. I will be without my medication that I need and have a diagnosis for as they dropped the ball by not responding to my medication refill request for almost a week. I would not suggest this office if you have any serious needs as they are unprofessional and rude.

I let them know that the chart information was not true, I have proof. My honesty is being tested to where I can to for help
