Henry Ford Family Medicine - Burton

I went for the welcome visit and was only told info they already told me on the phone. I let them know I needed my thyroid medication refilled and they still required me to wait 2 weeks to schedule a new appointment. So I did. Then they called to tell me that they scheduled me and someone else at the same time and I needed to reschedule. So I did. Then I had to call and reschedule again because did covid quarantine. I asked if they could refill my prescription that I have had for a year and they refused. The receptionist didn’t even ask the doctor as I requested since this was an emergency situation. She was very rude as was every receptionist I encountered during my visit and subsequent phone calls. I was very disappointed and chose to transfer out. Now I’m still without my medication that is necessary for my survival. They do not care about their patients.
