Like Dr Dettore, but dislike the policies and lack of online records being available like companies like Henry Ford would have. Literally 15 seconds passed their late policy since it turned 11 min late as ibwas walking through the doors and they said we were passed the 10 min late fee, couldn't be seen, and would need to pay $50 for a no show. However even all the other times when on time they still make you sit in the room for 15-20 min anyway, so nothings really missed. Just seems like a 1 sided money grab since it was literally 15 seconds too late. I understand if it was longer than that, but not when it's meer seconds difference. Maybe next time I'll be sure to write my own late fee policy and pin it on my jacket when I walk in and be sure to send them my own invoice if they are late . Joking.....(maybe lol)
