Unprofessional and rude
Dental care is decent. I wouldn't say outstanding, but it's above average. Facility is nice with up-to-date equipment and a waiting area that is very kid friendly. But the dentist, Dr. Zupko herself, is rather abrasive. She's not very friendly with the kids. She's rude and condescending to the parents. And medical concerns are not handled privately. Meaning, she will walk into the middle of a full waiting room and start talking about your child's conditions (announcing to everyone in ear shot that you child has a cavity or that the child needs to see an orthodontist for specialized treatment). This is highly unprofessional, in my opinion. Any medical discussions should be held in private and not announced to a room full of strangers.
