When my provider left Northern Light I did to. I came to BRHC and saw Heidi and she has understood me and worked with me better then my old provider! Love her to bits! Will try to get my family to go here for primary care and not Northern Light.

Horrible customer service and cleanliness.I’ve had multiple issues with this place. First, I came in during Covid and patients had to wait in their cars to go in. They completely forgot about my daughter and I after an hour. Finally I went to the receptionist and had to wait longer. Once we got in, we were led to a dirty room that hadn’t been switched over from the previous patient.Second strike: my daughter had been seeing a therapist in the behavioral health dept. The therapist had left the practice and my daughter was put on a waitlist for another therapist. Over a year later I heard nothing. They said she was taken off the waitlist. Why???Third Strike: I called to come in for my joint pain. They told me to come in during walk-in clinic times. I told them the day I would. I took off from work and got there first thing in the morning. The receptionist said they were slammed and I couldn’t be seen. What?? Why not tell patients that there’s a cut off.
