Poor Standard of Care

I have struggled with a number of issues recently that required basic testing and imaging be done. The nursing staff at Cooper-Gilmore have been very lax at scheduling, referrals, or even callbacks. It took two weeks to get basic imaging scheduled, referrals to a much needed specialist never went out, and nursing staff doesn’t return repeated voicemail to ask about these things. The standard of care has become dangerously bad inside MDI Hospital’s health clinics, including this one. It does not seem the staff is motivated. I feel neglected and I’m sure many other patients are experiencing the same.
