Pediatric Associates-Montgomery

My daughter had a fever and I was able to schedule an appt the same day to see a doctor. Long wait and doctor was quick with checking my baby and ordered several tests to be done. Urine tests are a bit harder to get from an 11month old and they were closing soon for lunch so gave me plastic container to put it in once we had the sample. Took some time to get it but once we had the sample we quickly made a trip back to the office. While waiting for doctor and results, I receive a text with negative results @ 4:41 so of course I thought a doc or nurse would be in shortly. My baby starts burning up again, crying and still no one. I opened the door and first person I see is the cleaning lady. No receptionist, no nurse no doctor. They left us in the room waiting. I have yet to have heard back from doctor with results or to schedule a follow up. Nothing! Stay away from this incompetent and unprofessional office.

Incredibly unprofessional, disorganized and racist office. Refer our child for "additional bloodwork" over the course of 3 years for a test when she was still exclusively breastfeeding. Never asked questions. Change demeanor and tone when child's black father came into the room each time. Accused our family of "skipping out on a test that was ordered" when in fact, no one explained there was a test happening that day. On top of this their messaging systems never work and computers cannot seem to process basic information in the Wheaton location. DO NOT Recommend.
