Dental One Associates of Westminster

Definitely an experience with these people. We switched insurance this past year and had to find a new dentist. I read the reviews and this office seemed really good. Their services were great! The front office billing...not so much. I took all 3 of my kids to this office. The cleanings were wonderful and the staff attentive. My older daughter is 16 and the dentist confirmed its time for a wisdom tooth discussion. The dentist said it's time for them to come out and they would be contacting us to schedule the follow up for it, 6 months later there has been no follow up. No biggie at all and not the reason for the 1 star (if I could give zero I would). Now as I said I took all 3 of my kids here at the same time. I am 100% covered by insurance for general cleanings and all supplementals. I received my EOB on 2 of the 3 kids and it was confirmed that I owed zero to them for the service. I received a bill for $51 from this office for the third child. I called and asked them about it. I was

Had to go back for them to fix some dental work they did. Was told I wasn’t going to be charged multiple times. About a year later they send me a bill so I call. The staff there is extremely rude. She actually had the nerve to try and threaten to charge me more haha. I would never recommend this place to anyone
