lackluster office

They require patients to bring in meds. A list of meds isn't enough and they won't refill without seeing your pill bottle. The only time they would refill based on a call was during the height of covid. They don't answer the phone for the first half hour of the day. They continually run late. No portal even though they've been asking patients about one for a year now. They are the only doctor that has actually charged for medical records that I've dealt with in the last 4 years.
