I have no problem with PA April Price, but every time I try to reach her the nurse and some of front desk staff appear to be less than competent and have a no care attitude. One of staff hung up on me when I was (after 4 days waiting for a response to a question) asking why I hadn't heard back. It has left me very concerned about whether they are on top of my health condition and I am looking for a different practice.
