From my first visit all they did was treat me like a pill seeking addict. Never on time and do not answer my chart messages at all. After years of excruciating hip and back pain my primary sent me. Not knowing I trusted my primary and went to appointment....wish I researched first. Trying desperately to find another place to go . I am tired of being made to feel bad for trying to take care of myself.

After taking three months to be seen by a Nurse Practitioner, I am now entering my fourth week with no call to schedule actual treatment. I have had no follow-up whatsoever. Instead, I have made an appointment with another provider.This entire time, I have been dealing with severe pain. They made the comment that, 'at least you have the oxycodone to get you through.' In my mind, four months (and counting) of oxycodone is not an ideal situation to put patients through. I also made the mistake of calling to see if a treatment (shots) has been scheduled. I was told I would receive a call when it is, and that 'a lot of people are in pain.' That was three weeks ago.No, thank you. Run away!
