Dr. Yash M. is amiable and knowledgeable, but the staff is terribly disorganized. They do not return calls for days. They gave me a CPAP without adequate training on using it and cleaning it. They did not inform me that there is a 30 day limit to exchange new CPAP headpiece so I had to purchase out of pocket. They After exchanging the new piece they didnt give me the right tube. I was without CPAP for several days. I will probably have to pay even more for the tubing. Dr. is competent and personable but staff more than compensates for the overall negativity of the practice. If I could start over I'd go elsewhere.
