I made the terrible mistake of believing the reviews and ratings when looking for the best facility for my husband. The staff was very unhappy with their work environment and let everyone (residents and family) know it. Despite instructions from the doctor and therapists, they refused to move my husband (only 150 pounds) from the bed to the wheelchair for an hour a day. I moved him to another facility that has been amazingly wonderful.
