I really like & respect this agency. Providers (Nia)give you chances to discuss your thoughts & feelings about the treatments they offer & choose for you. As you age especially, providers also encourage you to lower your pain medication doses, & offer Suggestions & Alternatives to meds (Chiropractic; Physical Therapy; Meditation, etc). They do offer Injections, which I do not use as I had those 20 years ago. If one is just starting out with Pain Management, it is a Process where if 1 treatment does not work, there is always something else to try. Please never give up. Research alternatives to pain Medicines on line yourself so you can ask about them to your provider at Clearway. They do ask you for urine specimens routine!y. It's important to get out ofpain. Just because you have experienced physical pain for decades doesn't mean there is not some intervention & Treatment for you. Everyday, globally there are new innovations discovered & tested using Clinical trials, so Stay Informed.
