MedStar Health Urology at Mitchellville

This was the worst and coldest experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Let me first say that I respect ALL healthcare workers because they provide life saving services to the public! However, I don’t know if Dr.Turner was having a bad day (as we all do) but she was cold, uncaring, and was just going thru the motions. At one point in the visit, I was expressing my concern about an issue and she said ‘Ok, can we move on?’. I said ‘I’m trying to understand what happened with my situation. She said’ I don’t know, your record is not in front of me’!!!!! She then said she didn’t feel comfortable with me and she called in a chaperone, I continued to politely discuss my situation and she left the room and WOULD NOT return. I’ve never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. She also seemed sad, irritated,and impatient. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this doctor to anyone I care about. I switched my primary care provider before leaving the office.
