Dr. Rita Pabla is a very knowledgeable doctor. She is a outstanding doctor who listen to you. She is the best doctor I have ever had and I would not change to anyone else. I will drive 45 minutes just to go to my doctors appt.

It was not a visit but a telemedicine visit. Need to have it works on iPad and laptop as well. Using the phone, probably won’t be a problem for the hearing but when comes to deal with Deaf patient, need a bigger screen to watch the interpreter in order to communicated

From beginning to end, the Laurel MD office provided excellent customer service. I was able to complete and submit all the new patient paperwork online; ahead of my appointment. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. They called my name within 5 mins from my appointment. Austin was great and made sure I did not forget any previous illness or procedures. He also explained how the doctor was going to conduct the meeting; first virtual and then in person. I don't remember the name of the echo technician but he also was superb. The doctor checked my previous lab results and provided recommendation to improve my health. He explained the results from the echogram and EKG. I will recommend this office to everyone.

Efficiently check in patients, maintaining distance and providing hand sanitizer. Virtually no wait today. Excellent teamwork amongst front desk, doctor's assistant, doctor. Dr. Carlos listens, explains, answers questions, and keeps up with medical studies, procedures, and advances. Very knowledgable, kind, and compassionate.

Dr.Frazier has been heaven sent. I found her during the pandemic and couldn't be more pleased. She's smart and very patient and listens very well to help explore options. She does televisits and it's never a rushed feeling. She's very professional and never forgets to follow up on any matter in a timely fashion. Her assistant Ashlee is a treasure as well. She's always ontop of everything and so helpful with such a sweet,professional disposition. The bedside manners and great vibes from this dynamic duo are the best. Thanku ladies very much.

I always like my doctor, that is Dr. Michael Carlos. He has the best bedside manner. And the nurses are always good. Never had a problem with them. The front desk clerk this time was pleasant and friendly, a pleasant relief. Over all my visit this time was very nice and pleasant.
