Nothing, I just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to schedule an appointment and I finally hung up, I guess that is my own dumb fault. If that isn't incredible I don't know what is. Hey doctors try hiring more help ......I will say it again 30 minutes on hold and no one answered.

My husband and I thought that last year's long wait—over an hour—was a one-time scheduling snafu. (The waiting room was crowded and the lone woman at the front desk overworked.) Then the young woman, probably new and inexperienced, who scheduled us for 2023 appointments wrote the proper date and time on the little cards but failed to copy that info. to the office’s calendar. I had to call multiple times, requesting a call-back because the lines were constantly busy, before getting someone to personally clear up the error and get us scheduled properly. The morning of our appointments I called, again having to wait for a call-back, and learned that they had not corrected the error. I rejected the offer of rescheduled appointments and said that we’d be turning to another ophthalmologist for care, not being able to trust the staff at Ludwig Eye Center. They've lost THESE two patients.
