Incompetent and dishonest billing practices
I found the medical staff to be pleasant and professional. Billing and scheduling were a different story. I had to reschedule and made sure to clear the appointment with billing and was assured that I would not be charged for a late cancellation. After getting a bill anyway, I was told a note about being responsible for the late fee was immediately put on my chart. When I tried to contest this, the response was a mixture of "you signed the late fee form", "it wasn't us, it was another branch", and "if you don't remember who you talked to then we're not doing anything". During scheduling, they also seem to be incapable of sending patients to the right location. It's great that they have many locations, but do pay attention to where they're sending you.
