Usually the wait time is reasonable. However, today I was the 2nd patient to be seen and was in the office for almost 2 hrs. This was very frustrating because I was not there for a procedure, just to be asked a few questions to continue my medicine.

It’s not the visits that I’m having issues with. My problem is the billing errors & lack of payment knowledge that this company has no idea about. I’ve only had 4 visits, 2 office visits & to procedure (shots) visits . I’ve had 2 separate incidents now with incorrect billing . First not being billed correctly & second paying a large amount that the billing department can’t seem to find but my bank confirmed the payment was made & accepted but Clearway!! I have canceled all further appointments until & maybe permanently until this financial issue is handled! I don’t appreciate anyone trying to play with my money especially since we’re all just trying to bounce back from a pandemic. Feeling very disrespected!
