I’ve faced many challenges this year and Dr. Desai and her staff have been a Godsend. They have all been so patient, helpful, and supportive. There’s no place else I would ever go!The holistic approach has been spot on, using diet and nutrition to solve problems.

I absolutely love this practice the providers have an amazing bedside manner and Melissa is an Angel. They listen to all of your concerns and have the expertise to stay on top of your health. If you ever need to seek emergency care they get you in for an appointment and if you need to be seen in the hospital, they follow up with a call to check on you and make sure you are alright.

Dr. Kepner is truly concerned about her patients’ welfare and knows the right level of detail and terminology with which to discuss one’s medical issues.

The receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Moore were, without exception, very thorough, gracious and helpful. Since the Covid-19 scare, I’ve found it difficult to visit medical offices, particularly since my general practitioner retired in mid-2020, and I had to find another doctor. This is a wonderful practice, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. Dr. Leonardi is a superb provider -compassionate understanding and goes above and beyond to help her patients.

(1) Office staff is focused on maintaining appointment times accurately. (2) Adenna is efficient, kind, in preparing the patient for doctor Dr. Desai . She takes vitals, administers tests, blood draws, injections, et.al. diligently, expertly. (3) Dr. Desai is patient with questions, offering thorough clarifications, advice, introducing new concepts, as needed, and extending referrals if she determines they are necessary. She seems to know :good people'. Dr. Desai is a kind, caring person, and, an expert in reading her patients needs.

As Always Dr. Desai stands out. We wouldn’t be there if she wasn’t there. Her assistants Rae and Jessie are the best.

This was my first visit to this location. The grounds for the practice were clean and neat. Lots of free parking. A building directory is on the wall just inside the entrance above a bench. It was a little dark to see. I easily missed it. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and professional. The office was clean and seemed to be well organized. The waiting area was spacious. Dr. Kepner and assistant Karonda were very thorough and professional.

I've been seeing Dr. Karkhanis for about 4 years now and I've been satisfied with the care I receive and her amazing assistant! My concerns have been listened to and addressed and, when I needed to be seen quickly, I was able to get an appointment and recommended tests. I would agree with some other reviewers that the office staff could be a bit more pleasant and welcoming but this is who they have now.
