Dr. Krotz helped with my first hearing aids, in 2016, at another location. I went to her in Edgewater for an upgrade. She is wonderful, encouraging, supportive, knowledgeable. I give her my highest recommendation.

My first time with an Audiologist was a good experience. Dr. Krotz is a pleasant, technically accomplished and experienced professional who listens to your problems and personalizes her analyses and tests. She can answer not only the medical side of questions but the applicable insurance and payments side as well to help get the best quality and prices. The hearing aids I bought are good for my needs and work very well (I didn't opt for the added capabilities). Over the two years I've worn them, they've changed my everyday life for the better.
