The doctors are very good; the audiologists are excellent; and the management is absolutely terrible. The phone is often answered only after 10 or 15 minutes, which is an awfully long time to wait. The recording tells you that you should go online or leave a message that they will answer within 48 hours. 48 hours to get an answer to a medical question that might be very important! I have called and been told that I would get a return call within a few hours, and never got a call-back at all! Just happened this week,The non-doctor side of the practice was always terrible, but a recent sale of the practice and perhaps dollar-oriented new managers has only made things worse. It is a shame that there is so little concern for the patient in the front office and the back office.Suppose you eardrum perforated or some sinus infection became pneumonia while you waited for the call-back that only came 24 or 48 hours later...The 10doctors should know better.Regretfully,L
