can't say enough negative things about this practice. The front staff are extremely rude, their processes are very dated (they use basic word documents for their intake forms and still use AOL as their email provider), they rarely respond to emails, their prices are extremely inflated ($500 for a 45-minute intake session), and worst of all, their psychiatrists are terrible. I saw Dr. Klepper---she was 10 minutes late to my intake session and never once apologized, she constantly interrupted me with blunt & rude questions, and seemed completely out of touch with reality. She's also extremely disorganized---my psychologist passed along my clinical information to her weeks before my intake session and when she got on the call with me, she told me she knew nothing about me and had never received any information about me. After sharing a very painful experience with her, she continued to probe even after I made it clear that I didn't want to share any more with her. She has no empathy what
