Once great; no more
I have been a patient of Dr. Mitchell’s for many years; always very happy with the care I’ve gotten from everyone in his practice. They seem to have sold out to some sort of third party group, and now my billing is confusing at best and downright wrong at worst. I have been promised refunds that never came for overpayments. Appointments are hard to get, cancelled by text when you do get them, and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I so miss Dana’s friendliness and efficiency! Finding a new eye doc.
