Crestview Clearway Pain Specialist
My appointments are always made in advance by the sweetest, smiling, and efficient receptionist in Crestview. I love my PA Elizabeth Rushing because she is so compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and won’t rush me when I relate my health issues. Although the intake nurses rotate between doctors, they are all friendly and thorough.This is a well run satellite office of Clearway Pain Specialists. The employees interact splendidly and it makes all the patients comfortable. I gladly recommend this office!

Best pain doctor
I have been going to Dr Irwin for over a year for epidurals and knee injections. She is so upbeat, and so capable. I trust her for any of my pain needs. Her staff is terrific, and really friendly.The entire office is run very efficiently and I appreciate all of them. Very thankful to have found Dr Irwin through my back surgeon.

Good doctor bad billing
Dr. Irwin is very good, though I am not very found of telemedicine appointments. The staff is uniformly wonderful. However the billing is sketchy. I called once and was referred to what I was told was mid Atlantic region but don’t know where it was and the guy seemed off. Unfortunately you cannot pay online or call the office and give credit card. I have to physically go in, which is a pain. This office apparently is part of a huge conglomerate and I am not comfortable calling someone who is god knows where and getting the bill properly paid

Very responsive, supportive pain management care
Dr. Irwin and her staff practice the concept of 'comfort' with every interaction ... on the phone (no long holds), in the waiting room (who offers beverage and snacks these days?), when scheduling (at patient convenience), and of course, by customized medical treat.ent to help you have comfort in your daily physical life. With appreciation for their help, I am happy to have this opportunity to recommend Clearway Pain Solutions - Bethesda with 5 stars and my thanks.

Upbeat, Can Do Doctor
Warmly greeted by staff and very upbeat. You can sense they all enjoy working there. Dr Irwin listened to my issue and lined out a plan of treatment. Answered all my questions and told me to call anytime with questions. Gave me hope that there may be an answer to my pain issues.
