This practice is dangerously bad. I have NEVER been associated with a medical practice as bad as this one. I am currently out of one of my heart medications. I have been calling and trying to get them to refill since last week, when i still had a week's worth of pills left. Just trying to call the practice is nearly impossible. And when I have gotten through, nothing gets done. Even my pharmacy has been trying to get them to ok a refill. I have a follow up appointment scheduled for the middle of next month. There is no reason for them not to fill this script. They just are dangerously bad. The only thing about this practice that I like is my doctor. I have to believe that he is simply NOT being made aware of what is happening.
